Lovely little café that does a variety of hot meals, cooked to order. Friendly owners who serve you. I had a jacket potato with beans & sausage, with a garnish of salad and a cup of tea for £9. Lovely meal and nice atmosphere. It’s dog friendly too. They also sell cold drinks, ice cream, snacks and have a range of typical beach stuff like fridge magnets, bucket & spades, sandals etc. Tables inside and on the veranda that overlooks the sandy beach. A really nice place and well worth a visit.

The food was slightly on the expensive side with 2 sausage and chips, 2 fish and chips with fizzy drinks coming out at just over £40. However, the service was very good and lady at the counter was polite and kind. The food also arrived fairly quickly as we couldn't have waited no more than 15 minutes. I personally had sausage and chips which tasted in general pretty good.

We heard afternoon tea.It was delicious. Everything was homemade. It's not a bad price for afternoon tea, £15 2 people.

We recently went on a family holiday to Clacton and used this cafe most of the week. The owners are very friendly and the food and drink very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
